To reset your API key, go to the API Explorer section, click on 'Manage Keys' in the top right corner, and then select 'Reset Key'. Note that this will invalidate your current key immediately.
What's the rate limit for API calls?
Standard partner accounts have a rate limit of 100 requests per minute. If you need a higher limit, please contact our support team to discuss your requirements.
How do I set up webhook notifications?
Navigate to the Integrations section, select 'Webhooks' from the sidebar, and click 'Add Endpoint'. You'll need to provide a valid HTTPS URL and select the events you want to subscribe to.
What authentication methods do you support?
We support OAuth 2.0, API key authentication, and JWT tokens. The recommended method for server-to-server communication is API key authentication.
How can I test webhooks in a development environment?
You can use the Sandbox environment to test webhooks. We also recommend tools like ngrok or webhook.site for local development testing.
